MULTI-SPORT ATHLETES
Every athlete develops differently, and early specialization can sometimes take away from the joy of sports. At Luna, we value balance and believe multi-sport athletes grow into more well-rounded, confident competitors. Kids also deserve time for family, friends, school, and simply being kids. The goal is to create an environment where athletes can grow and compete at a high level while still enjoying the balance of childhood.

Our coaching philosophy centers around athlete development, confidence, and a team-first mindset. We believe coaching goes beyond skill work by helping players grow as confident athletes who love the game. Luna is built to be competitive, supportive, and accessible, a place where athletes can develop their skills, build confidence, and grow their passion for lacrosse.
RESULTS
We believe success is measured by more than just wins or statistics. The goal is for athletes to leave every training session more confident, skilled, and motivated than when they arrived. By focusing on strong fundamentals, game IQ, and teamwork, we strive to help players get the tools they need to to be successful.
From the Director
Sabrina is a varsity lacrosse coach, educator, and trainer with experience playing and coaching at the collegiate, club, high school, and youth levels. She created Luna Lacrosse to provide athletes with flexible, high-quality training opportunities outside of the traditional club model.
"I created Luna to bridge the gap between club and non-club athletes, ensuring every player has access to quality training and development opportunities. My goal is to support players in building confidence, developing their skills, and growing their love for the game. I want a program that is accessible to athletes of all levels, especially multi-sport athletes. "
